• General Physical Geology is primarily designed for the Integrated Science Option of the Science Education Program, a joint effort by TC and TAMU-T to provide high-quality science prepartion for students planning to teach science at the precollege level. It is also an excellent science credit. Offered in the fall.

• General Historical Geology, like General Physical Geology, is offered for the Integrated Science Option of the Science Education Program and for any student who needs a science credit. It is advisable to take the physical geology course before tackling this one, since much of the material of this course relies on what was learned in physical geology. Offered in the spring.
